Moisturize Anything, Anywhere With This Ingenious Stick

Does anyone else apply hand lotion by putting some on the back of one hand, and then rubbing the backs of your hands together? Because you don’t want slippery sloppy fingers, that you will need to use immediately to type, or open a jar, or just exist? In winter, if I don’t keep my paws lotioned up, my knuckles get so dry they bleed. It’s… not great. But during the day I don’t like greasing up my hands (before bed I slap on some of this fabulous stuff). I want to be able to keep my hands nice but also be able to work and play dumb games on my iPad.

Vaseline to the rescue. I mean, not the product, the brand. They have created All-Over Body Balm Stick that’s like a giant lip balm, an anti-chafing product, and a no-mess moisturizer all in one.

I like to use this product during the day, when I want some healing moisture but also want to be able to open door handles and not leave greasy paw prints all over my drawer pulls. I just swipe the stick over my knuckles, maybe on my elbows, heels, and hell, why not that one stubborn flaky spot on my face.

I haven’t done this (yet) but because it says “anti-friction” right there on the tube, I bet you could swipe this on your inner thighs to combat the dreaded chub rub. AND it’s completely portable. Throw it in your bag and re-apply as needed, super quickly and conveniently.

This stick is also TSA approved, and you know you need to keep up a rigorous moisture regimen on a plane, lest you arrive looking like a large piece of dried fruit.

I keep little hand lotions all over - next to my couch, in the car, by my bed - so that I can treat my dry hands whenever I remember. But now that I’ve discovered Vaseline All-Over Body Balm Stick, once my various lotions run out I may replace each of them with one of these. It’s easy, it’s novel, and it works!
