You May Think You Don't Need Leg Highlighter. You're Wrong.

You May Think You Don't Need Leg Highlighter. You're Wrong.

Ah yes, it’s spring in Seattle. The time of year when I start using gradual tan on my legs and making sure my cute dresses are all set to be worn - and then it’s suddenly 55 degrees out. But that won’t stop me from preparing for warmer days, OR getting my legs ready to show off to the world.

The newest product in my leg-tanning arsenal is Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs Body Illuminator. It’s essentially a highlighter for your gorgeous gams. I mentioned the original Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs in my post about sunless tanners, but this is a new product in the line, and it - just like the other Airbrush Legs products - is pretty ingenious.

This isn’t a tanning product, but it works to enhance your tan and make your legs shine. It’s leg highlighter - something we didn’t know we needed but WE DO, OH WE DO. I’d say this is kind of a drugstore version of Fenty Body Lava, but this has a little something extra: A ROLLERBALL.

Application could not be easier - just glide the rollerball anywhere you want to glow (this is marketed specifically toward legs, so they recommend a swipe down the center of each shin), and maybe blend it a little with your fingers and DONE! It dries very quickly and then you can’t feel a thing. It’s not sticky, it’s not heavily fragranced. You just look like a glowing summer goddess.
