This Teeny Weeny Concealer Packs a Punch

When I took a trip to Ulta after my Reddit beauty research (to buy this and these) I ended up having a great time just browsing brands I wasn’t familiar with, but seem to have great stuff. I am now addicted to Catrice setting spray, and decided to grab a lil’ bottle of their One Drop Coverage Weightless Concealer.

When I say a lil’ bottle, I mean literally. This bottle is TEENSY. But hey, like it says on the bottle, you only need one drop. My Ulta had three shades out of the four Ulta sells, and the eight Catrice offers. This range in shades (and, to be clear, it’s barely a range) is, in the year of our lord 2019, unconscionable. I’d love to see each shade actually ON a person, because I have no idea how half the population could find a color match in these eight shades. All that being said, I am a white person, I got Ivory Rose 004, and it works for me.

The concealer comes in a dropper bottle, but when you take the dropper out there’s enough product that you can just tap it on your face wherever you want concealer, and after blending it out you’re good to go. The formula is a very thin liquid, but with HIGH coverage. Truly, I just touch the dropper under my eyes, blend with a sponge, and it’s done. The concealer is super light, and great for anyone who wants high coverage but wants their makeup to feel weightless.

Finally, a concealer that makes you feel like you have ENORMOUS hands.

I’m a huge fan of It Cosmetics Bye Bye Undereye concealer, and I’d say in terms of coverage Catrice One Drop Weightless Concealer is comparable. Bye Bye Undereye now comes in 48 shades, so if you want a highly specific color match I’d head to their display. You also need a very small amount, which I think justifies the $26 price tag. However, if you want high coverage that you can barely feel, and that costs $7, AND you can find a shade that works for you, Catrice is the one.

I like using Catrice One Drop Weightless Concealer on days when I want to look pulled together and made up, but with minimal effort and products. Concealer, blush, brow gel, mascara, and I’m out the door in 3 minutes. I’ve also worn this with a full face of makeup and it does last a super long time without getting cakey, creasy, shiny, or otherwise weird/gross. All that for $7! Now we just need to bump up that shade range and I’ll be evangelizing from the rooftops about this tiny, powerful concealer.
