These Little Booties Will Transform Your Feet - In Just 20 Minutes

I know it has a cult following and it’s the number one foot beauty product that every other foot beauty product is trying to emulate, but I hate Baby Foot. It’s a nice idea, but in practice? Ugh. It seems fine when you have the little booties on and you’re imagining the finished product, but those magically smooth, baby soft feet are actually up to TWO WEEKS away. You have to spend the time between watching TV in your Baby Foot booties and having feet of a literal newborn dealing with peeling, flaking, messy feet. You will leave a trail of peeled skin in your wake, wherever you go. You could have peeled foot skin in your shoes, on your rug, in your bed. And they specifically tell you not to scrub your feet in the shower (something I MUST do every day, Baby Foot or not), or manually peel off the skin on your feet. You are supposed to just leave it and let this horror play out, for weeks. It’s disgusting, and not in a fun way.

But I still crave those Baby Foot results! If you, like me are disgusted by the Baby Foot process, but want Baby Foot results, I have already raved about Kerasal Intensive Foot Repair Ointment. It’s the best product I’ve found for rough, callussed, ignored feet that are beyond simple solutions. But it’s a little messy, a little involved, and it’s probably going to take a few applications to get your feet cute again. Sometimes you need the intense version of the already intense solution. It seems impossible, but it exists. That product is Kerasal Intensive Repair Foot Mask.

This foot mask is like all the others: Little paper booties that are chock full of moisturizers and acids and who know what else. The Kerasal booties, however, are more of a no-show sock whereas all others I’ve used are similar to ankle socks. I appreciate this, because I want all that slimy moisturizing goodness on my feet, not my ankles. The first time I did a Kerasal mask, I was worried the booties would slip off my heel, but 1) You are not super stable when you wear foot masks like these, so you shouldn’t be moving around much, and 2) The masks stayed on just fine, particularly becasue I put my Bombas Gripper Slippers on over them.

I tend to leave foot masks on for however long the thing I’m doing lasts. Which is a complicated way of saying 45-60 minutes while I watch a TV show. Having been a Kerasal Ointment user for awhile, I knew they used some more heavy duty ingredients than your average lotion, so I followed their guidelines and kept the booties on for 20 minutes. When I took the booties off, my feet were nice and slimy and even had some extra goop leftover in some areas. I rubbed in any excess slime, and immediately felt a difference in my feet. They were SO SOFT, and no rough patches or flakes to be seen. It was the dream: Baby Foot results without the Baby Foot horror show.

I’m now going to incorporate Kerasal Foot Masks into my routine of nightly lotion, occasional Kerasal Foot Ointment, and at-home pedicures. I have a no feet pics for free policy, but trust me, my feet look amazing.
