American Apparel Unisex Tri-Blend Cardigan
I love cardigans. I wear one pretty much every day. We've discussed this before, so I won't go into every detail of my fashion sense, but basically my uniform is some combo of a tank top and a cardigan. The point is, I know from cardigans, so I speak with absolute authority when I say the best everyday, basic cardis come from Splendid and American Apparel. We've already discussed my love of Splendid - now it's time for me to school you on the wonders of the American Apparel unisex cardigan.
First of all, this cardigan is available in regular old cotton and tri-blend. Why on earth they even offer an alternative to tri-blend is beyond me. American Apparel's tri-blend stuff is really the only reason to shop there. Everything else may as well be set on fire. Seriously. Go try on a tri-blend sweater or shirt or scarf and tell me you don't want to be swaddled in it forever. You know how I am about softcomfyfabrics. You know I speak the truth.
So we've established that tri-blend is the only acceptable way of life. Now we need to talk about versatility. I'm not just talking about the unisex factor, although that is nice. No, I'm saying you can wear this cardigan pretty much anywhere. I'll prove it.
Not only do I wear one of these cardigans at all times, in all places, all over the world, I've also owned it in every color. They're perfect for every occasion. And they're lightweight, so you can always throw one in your bag if you want the option of layering.
