Remember: The Sun is Your Enemy. Protect Yourself Easily With This SPF Spray

I’m in my house all the time. More so now. So when I do decide to venture out into the world, I go through a little checklist to make sure I’m prepared. Do I have a mask? Do I have my phone/wallet/whatever else? And do I have on sunscreen? If I know I’m going somewhere, sunscreen is part of my normal routine, but often I decide at 2pm that I’m going to go on a walk, and it’s very easy for me to forget to protect myself from the sun’s evil rays. My solution is to have sunscreen in multiple places around the house, so I never have an excuse to skip it. I should add that my house is like, 1000 square feet, I am always near everything, but sometimes to actually use something you need it to be 10 inches away from you instead of 10 feet away in the next room. Know yourself and work within your own limitations! Anyway, my latest so-easy-you-can’t-skip-it sunscreen product is Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Face Mist.

She’s got SPF 55, she’s in a conveniently sized bottle that you can easily stash in a bag or a drawer, she’s got a little spray action so you can very quickly coat yourself and get on with your life. She has it all! It does say on the bottle that you should spray the sunscreen into your hands, and THEN apply it to your face, but I don’t do that (WHY is it in a spray bottle if you can’t SPRAY IT RIGHT ON??) and my eyes haven’t been burned out of my skull. I do recommend giving it a little blend with your fingers after spraying, and of course reapply if you’re going on a real outdoorsy adventure, but if you need the most convenient way to get sun protection when you are prone to forget it, this spray is incredibly handy to have on hand.

My other super easy (so easy you have no excuse to skip it) sunscreen is Supergoop Glow Stick, which I reviewed here.
