This Viral Lululemon Dupe is Worth ALL the Hype

When the weather or my outfit leaves me without pockets, I use a fanny pack to hold all my crap while I walk the dog. Keys, phone, some hand sanitizer, it’s not a lot, but it’s stuff I want close at hand, especially if I’m a mile away from my house. For a years I used a Herschel 15 Belt Bag, but it wasn’t quite right. I had done a lot of searching for a Dog Walk Bag, and this one was the best I came up with, so I kept it. But I also kept thinking maybe there was something better out there. Then I discovered this (apparently viral, I had no idea) Lululemon Everywhere Belt Bag dupe that comes in twenty five colors and costs $20. It was actually, shockingly, exactly what I’d been searching for.

This bag is from one of those weird Amazon sellers with a name that makes you go, “Hmmmm.” But sometimes those shops have great stuff! My favorite granny panties are from one! I was wary about ordering an ODODOS Unisex Mini Belt Bag, but Amazon returns are easy and I was curious. The page said it was backordered and it wouldn’t be here for a month, but I figured for $20 and a potentially ideal bum bag, I could wait. I didn’t have to, though — The delivery date kept moving up (and up, and up) and it arrived in exactly one week.

I went for my favorite non-leopard print color, which the seller calls wine but I call oxblood because it’s more dramatic. The bag has three little pockets inside the main compartment to organize your stuff, and a zippered pocket in the back. My biggest complaint about my Herschel bag was that it was just one big compartment, with no way of organizing or finding things quickly. It was the tote bag of fanny packs. This bag holds so much AND you can actually find things in it.

Side view of the bag zipped with all the stuff from the first photo inside. It holds everything AND is still compact! A miracle!

It’s also perfect for wearing across your body, which is my preference. The way the straps attach to the bag makes it sit across your chest just right, and you can easily access all your stuff. And even the strap is exceptional! It’s adjustable but there’s no leftover tail you have to manage (another complaint about the Herschel), and the buckle is the perfect size to blend right into the strap - it all just works, and seamlessly. I wear this bag on dog walks and outings where I don’t want to lug a big bag, but you could use it for hiking, travel… did I mention the bag’s material is waterproof and tear proof??

I was already going to get another one of these belt bags, but after writing about how much I love it, I’m getting TWO.
