Things I'd Repurchase Without a Second Thought - They're That Good

I write about a lot of stuff here, and I have a policy of only writing about things I like, but there are some things I like SO much, that if anything happened to make them unusable, I would immediately repurchase. No debating, no searching for a dupe, I’d just BUY. I’m not talking about restocking CeraVe Moisturizing Cream or buying another spoonula, I’m talking about big ticket items that are so worth it, I will do whatever it takes to keep them in my life. To me, this is the ultimate sign that I really, truly, love something. It’s a signal that I’m not just recommending this, I’m telling you THIS is IT. So here are some of the things I’ve written about that put the NEED in This You Need.

ZIIP Electrical Facial Device

I wrote a two parter (here and here) on why I love and recommend my ZIIP. I even mentioned in my second post that if anything happened to my ZIIP after it was under warranty, I’d but another one. Really and truly, I would. I used to use face masks and exfoliants pretty regularly, because I felt like I needed them. My skin would just feel wrong. Since getting the ZIIP I have thrown out every mask, every scrub, and my skincare routine is so simple. The ZIIP takes care of everything. It’s pricey, but now that I’ve had a ZIIP for a few years, it’s essential.

Peloton Bike+ and Comfort Grip

There’s a LOT of Peloton content on this site; I’m obviously a big fan. The way this bike has changed my life physically, emotionally, mentally… I cannot be without it. I could evangelize about Peloton forever (Peloton is HAES aligned!), but the fact that I would buy this bike again in a heartbeat probably tells you all you need to know. And there’s one bike accessory that I will always be sure to have: My Comfort Grip. Everytime I mention the Comfort Grip, I feel the need to mention that the company sent me mine for free and gave me an affiliate link (I didn’t know it existed until they reached out, and I’m so thankful they did!), but if mine somehow got ripped in half, I would pull out my phone and order another one right on the spot. The Comfort Grip is a lifesaver for riders with arthritis, and I can’t imagine riding without it. (Like all Peloton members, I can give you a code for 60 days of free app access or $100 off accessories when you buy a bike, just let me know and I’ll send you the code!)

Marmot Ithaca Vest

I wear my Marmot Ithaca Vest every day. It is my go-to, my absolute favorite, my can’t-life-without-it cold weather staple. I wrote about it already, but if anything happened to this perfect vest I would simply buy another one, no question. My love for my Ithaca vest is what prompted me to buy my Montreal jacket, which I would ALSO repurchase if I had to. Once you buy high-quality (ie expensive) winter wear you will never be able to go back, because it is worth every penny.

Danessa Myricks Blurring Balm Powder

Everything so far has been quite expensive, so a bit of makeup might seem like a no brainer. HOWEVER, i feel like I need to explain why I love a $36 product that makes your face look… THE SAME. Since I got a Blurring Balm Powder in Universal, the translucent shade, it is something I wear every time I want to look pulled together. It has no shade, but it makes my skin look even more flawless (on top of the magic the ZIIP does) and it controls oil like nothing else I have ever used (apart from Accutane). Blurring Balm Powder could cost twice as much and I would repurchase it the minute I needed it.

Pillow Cube

I was evangelizing the Pillow Cube just a few hours ago, and I explained that I had to fly out of town once and I ordered a Pillow Cube to use while I was away from home, it’s THAT good. So really, I’ve already purchased this without a second thought. I have tried a million different sleep setups, and the Pillow Cube is the one I have had the most long term success with. So much so that I will be a Pillow Cube user forever I follow a neurosurgeon on TikTok and saw her Pillow Cube in the background of one of her videos and did the Leo pointing meme, so now I have my own experience and science on my side.
