Gift Guide 2022: Peloton (Round Three!)

This is now my third Peloton Gift Guide, because yet again, my Peloton Gift Guides for 2020 and 2021 are getting a LOT of traffic. I can imagine it’s difficult for someone who’s not a Peloton obsessive to know WHAT gifts to buy for their loved one who IS, so allow me to guide you. I am, admittedly, a Peloton obsessive myself.

You can click on each image (apart from the handlebar cushion, for reasons) to be taken right to where you can purchase these gifts, or read on for a little more about each item — going (roughly) clockwise from the bottom left.

  • Any self-aware Peloton fan knows it’s a little cult-y. Acknowledge it with this keychain from Etsy seller PhraseLounge

  • There is no place to put a phone or tablet built into the Peloton Bikes. My bike is next to a window with a wide sill, so I put my phone there, but if I didn’t have that I’d LOVE a little accessory like this from FreshPrintsRC

  • I wrote in my 2021 Peloton Gift Guide that there is not NEARLY enough Tunde fan merch, and sadly that is still true. But Etsy seller YayStickerz has come through AGAIN with a Tunde sticker. Bless.

  • Yes, the Comfort Grip was in last year’s gift guide, and I reviewed it here, but I really do love this thing. Anyone who loves to ride their Peloton, but suffers from hand and wrist pain, would be THRILLED to receive a Comfort Grip as a gift. I keep mine on my bike at all times, and I can’t imagine riding without it, I’ve even raved to my rheumatologist about it. Full disclosure, I was sent my Comfort Grip for free, but I would absolutely spend my own money on it if I didn’t already have one.

  • An alternative to the 3D printed phone/tablet stand is this hanging tablet holder, which is better, I think, if you’re looking to watch TV while riding your bike. My bike is in a room without a TV, so if I want to just cruise and watch something, i have to provide the screen myself. This hanger doesn’t damage your Peloton screen, fits just about any phone or tablet and is affordable from Amazon.

  • I own one piece of Peloton apparel, this hat. But if I WERE going to get something else, I’d want this Jess Sims inspired lightweight sweatshirt (it’s sold out in my size, that’s why I don’t already own it).
